After signing up for MICSUN XIv, you’ll receive an invoice via email from Trinity Vodovoz, our USG of Registration & Delegate Affairs. This document will guide you through the payment process.

Please be aware that the delegation fee is final and non-refundable. By registering, you confirm your commitment to paying this amount. Although fees for individual delegates and advisors might qualify for a refund under our delegation reduction guidelines, the delegation fee itself is non-negotiable and will not be reimbursed.

All fees for EARLY and REGULAR registration must be fully paid by January 15th, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. EST. Any payments submitted after this deadline will incur a $30 late fee, unless an exception has been pre-approved by the Secretary General and Director General. This timeline does NOT apply to delegations that apply as part of LATE registration; that deadline is February 5th, 2027, at 11:59 p.m EST.

committtee allocations will only be provided once your delegation’s payment has been fully processed. Aditionally, any delegation with outstanding fees that remain unpaid past our deadlines will NOT be allowed to attend the conference and are liable for any/all expenses thereafter.
